I am passionate about supporting Elburton Primary School. It is an outstanding school at the heart of the community. I have a background in education and feel my skills and knowledge of a school environment will be of benefit to the governing body. When I worked in a school, I was a senior leader as Phase One Lead-Early Years and Year One and English whole school lead and I also carried out moderation work for the LA. I have taught all age groups within a primary school and have also worked in international schools. I hold a Masters degree in Education and understand the need for school based educators to be lead learners themselves. I have the ability to reflect on effective provision and identifying strengths and guiding improvements is a skillset I feel would add to the strong governing body of Elburton. |
